Is this Secret Santa generator free?

Yes. Drawing names and sending links is free, and nobody needs an account or an email address.

How do exclusions work?

Add a rule such as "Sam can't draw Alex". Tick "Both ways" for couples or siblings so neither draws the other. The draw only returns a result that follows every rule, and tells you if your rules make a draw impossible.

Can the organizer see who has who?

The organizer's page shows the links, not the matches. But anyone who opens a person's link sees that person's match, so send each link only to the person it belongs to. If the organizer is also playing, they should open only their own link.

What if we need to redo the draw?

Use "Draw again". It makes a new set of links and switches off the old ones, so send everyone their new link.

What do you store, and for how long?

The names you type, the exchange name, budget and date, and who drew whom, so each link can show its match. Draws made for the holidays are deleted automatically after January 31. See our Privacy Policy.

How many people can be in one draw?

From 3 to 50 people.
